ABOUT US
The Franklin Gallery & Custom Picture Framing shop has been a family
owned and operated gallery since 1973. The Franklin Gallery offers a wide
and varied range of carefully selected fine art, prints, posters and fine
art photography. We specialize in Southwestern Art and Art of the Grand
Canyon. We also have a vast array of other subjects and media. These include
oil paintings, acrylics, watercolors, prints, etchings, engravings and
posters. Our services include museum quality painting restoration, custom
picture framing, conservation museum quality framing, digital photography
and art restoration, archival mounting, fine art and photographic printing,
large format mounting and laminating.
All framing and art restoration is done on location.
Individual staff members have as many as 28 years of framing experience.

Shipping Errors
The Franklin Gallery cannot be held responsible for mistakes or damage
caused by the shipping company or USPS. All packages are shipped insured.
If a claim or tracer needs to be filed, we will assist you in every way
possible to retrieve any lost, damaged or stolen packages. If the package
is not delivered to the correct address due to our mistake we will issue
a call tag and have it delivered to the correct address.

We here at The Franklin Gallery are strongly committed to ensuring the
privacy of our customers. We have never and will never share or sell your
personal information including your email address to anyone or any company
for any reason. We do not send out unsolicited emails, promotions, catalogs,
or advertisements. We also do not use cookies to gather any information
from your computer or to profile your computer system or to store any
information on your computer.
Returns and Warranty
We will replace or issue a refund on any items of art and framing you
purchase from us if it is defective, not what can be verified that you
ordered or not what we have claimed it to be. You must first contact us
for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and explain the reason for the
return, otherwise we will not accept any returned merchandise. Buyer is
responsible for the cost of the insured shipping of all merchandise back
to us in the same box, with the same packing materials and in the same
condition in which the merchandise was sent out. We will issue the buyer
a refund upon the safe return of the merchandise. The refund will be issued
in the same form by which the original payment was made. We will pay for
the shipment of any replacement merchandise.
